Using Homebase

Homebase lets you choose and customize a home-furnishing package and submit a reservation. A reservation is a request, not a purchase — no payment is taken to reserve, and no contract is formed until our team confirms your order with you directly.

Pricing & estimates

Prices shown are estimates based on the products and finishes you select. Final pricing is confirmed during your confirmation call. Estimates may change if product availability or specifications change.

Reservations & cancellations

You may modify or cancel a reservation at any time before confirmation at no cost. Once an order is confirmed and scheduled, cancellation terms discussed during confirmation apply.

Delivery & installation

Delivery and installation are included as described in your package. We will agree a delivery window with you in advance. Access requirements and site readiness are your responsibility.

Warranty

Products carry the warranty described at the time of confirmation. Warranty claims are handled in line with the applicable manufacturer and consumer-protection terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Homebase is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
